1. By using or accessing this website you agree with its owner, Solar-Roof-Trader Limited ("SRT"), to be bound by the terms and conditions out below and any additional terms set out on other pages of the website. These terms may be amended from time to time without notice.
2. The website is intended to be a medium by which those owning or controlling spaces which they wish to use in the generation of solar energy may introduce themselves to those wishing to exploit such space for that purpose, and vice versa, and as a medium for the advertising of solar energy generation or photovoltaic products and services. SRT assumes no responsibility for the consequences of use of this website or for any dealings or transactions which result from its use. The following terms are by way of elaboration of, and not derogation from, that definition of the basic scope of SRT's role.
3 SRT has not inspected or tested, and gives no warranty as to the suitability for any purpose of, any space, product or service advertised on the website, nor as to its quality, condition or conformity with any description or as to the legality or lawfulness of use of the space for any purpose. SRT does not engage in, nor hold itself out as engaging in, the giving of legal, technical or any other kind of advice in relation to any of those matters and the contents of the website should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
4. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, any advertiser of space warrants that he has good legal title to, and full legal capacity to grant such interest as it advertises in, the space, but SRT accepts no responsibility for any defects in the legal title to the space or in such legal capacity or in relation to the suitability (in any respect - structural, legal or otherwise) of the space or of the suitability of any solar equipment or installation for that space or as to the capacity of that space or equipment (either alone or in combination) to yield any particular power output, it being the responsibility of the respondent to any advertisement to satisfy himself as to all such matters including (but not limited to) as to the lawfulness or the proposal, the legal and regulatory framework applicable to any proposed project, and the accuracy of the contents of any advertisement.
5. Any statements or representation made by SRT in this website are believed to be true and accurate but SRT assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy, it being the responsibility of the users of the website to satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of such statements.
6. SRT may in its sole and absolute discretion decline to accept any advertisement or other material which, in its sole and absolute discretion, it considers inappropriate or for which there is no available space. SRT may also remove or block access to or delete any material which, in its sole and absolute discretion, it considers to be inappropriate on any ground. SRT has no responsibility for delay in delivery of, or the improper or inaccurate delivery of, any data or information or for the loss or deletion thereof. The services of this website are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. You agree that SRT may at any time and without notice and without liability modify or discontinue this website and its services or delete the data you provide or deny access to the website, for any reason whatsoever in its sole and absolute discretion.
7. In no circumstances shall (i) SRT's liability exceed a sum equivalent to the price of placing an advert on the website as published at the time any liability is proven to have arisen (ii) SRT be liable for consequential losses or loss of profits (such as, but not limited to, those arising from loss of an opportunity to conclude a transaction)
8. By inputting material into the website you agree to grant to SRT in relation to such material a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual non-exclusive right and licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate and to create derivative works and compilations.
9. You agree that all data and information which you provide for inclusion in the website is lawful, accurate and inoffensive and that you will indemnify SRT, its servants and agents in the event that it is not.
10. Neither SRT nor its servants or agents shall be responsible in any manner for (and you will indemnify each of them from and against any liability which any of them may incur as a result of) any of your dealings with other users of or advertisers on this website or with third parties arising from any activity in any way connected with this website.
11. SRT reserve all their copyright, trademark and other proprietary right and interest in "solar-roof-trader.com" name and the solar-roof-trader.com logo, design and content, none of which may be used in any way without the express written permission of SRT.

13. The prices payable for advertising are as set out in the website from time to time, and include VAT where applicable. Prices are liable to change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for before the price change is posted on the website. There shall be no refunds in any circumstances.
14. Privacy: For the purposes of effecting an order for advertising on the website, SRT will collect the information set out in the fields of the registration and advertising pages, including your personal details, as well as sufficient information to enable SRT to collect payment for the advertisement (such as debit or credit card number, expiry date and other information relevant to that purpose). The posting of an advertisement on the website constitutes your agreement to the dissemination worldwide of the information included in the advertisement. There is no intention however on SRT's part to use the information in any other way, or (without your consent) to sell share or divulge your confidential information to any third party.
15. These terms shall enure to benefit of and be directly enforceable by SRT's servants, agents, employees, officers and shareholders
16. These terms shall be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any proceedings in respect of any claim relating to the website must be commenced within 6 months from the date on which the advertisement to which the claim relates first appeared on the website, otherwise all liability in respect of such claim is shall be deemed irrevocably waived and extinguished.
